Our DD Programs are designed to help individuals live as independently and meaningfully as possible within their communities — while receiving the right level of care and support.

🌟 New Options Waiver (NOW) & Comprehensive Support Waiver (COMP)

The NOW and COMP Waiver Programs are Medicaid-funded initiatives that provide community-based services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

NOW Waiver: Offers support for individuals who can live more independently but need help with daily living activities, employment, or community access.

COMP Waiver: Provides a higher level of support for individuals who require intensive care.

💙 Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Program

Our IDD Program delivers tailored services that foster independence, skill-building, and inclusion. We partner with families to ensure each individual’s goals, preferences, and abilities are respected and supported.

🏠 Community Living Support (CLS)

CLS Services focus on helping individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes or family settings. Our caregivers assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, hygiene, medication reminders, and community engagement.

🚶‍♀️ Community Access Individual (CAI)

CAI Services promote personal growth and community participation. We support individuals in developing social, communication, and self-help skills through one-on-one support in real-world environments like libraries, recreation centers, and volunteer opportunities.

🕊 Respite Care (In-Home & Out-of-Home)

Our Respite Services provide short-term relief for primary caregivers — offering peace of mind and rest while ensuring individuals receive the same compassionate care.

• In-Home Respite: Care delivered in the individual’s home.

• Out-of-Home Respite: Temporary care in a licensed, safe, and comfortable setting
